Tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams got us through the early days of the pandemic. They allowed us to pivot our strategies quickly, and helped us connect when online events were the only way. And bless them for doing so! But now that the general population has been attending events online for years, audiences are much more discerning about the ones they select.
